Spanish-speaking fabricators from U.S. and Mexico to attend 3-day MasterTech Boot Camp
TEMPE, ARIZ. – August 1, 2016 (MEDIAWIRE) – Mobile Solutions, premier training facility for professional installation technicians and fabricators, announced it will be holding its first Spanish language MasterTech Boot Camp, September 12-14, 2016, at its Tempe, Ariz., facility.
Mobile Solutions President Bryan Schmitt decided to hold the Spanish-language training after speaking with students in one of his recent sessions.
“A few of my students told me there were good fabricators in Mexico who wanted to attend our trainings, but were discouraged by the language barrier,” he said. “I talked with my staff, half of whom speak Spanish fluently, and we decided to hold a training that caters exclusively to Spanish speakers.”
The MasterTech Boot Camp consists of three days of training focused on structural and cosmetic aspects of OEM integration. Students learn creative but efficient ways to enhance installations while matching factory fit and design. In addition, Schmitt and his staff teach students how their jobs fit into the larger store structure with instruction on customer service, proper cost estimation and better organization skills.
Juan Torres, current Mobile Electronics magazine Installer of the Year, will co-teach the training and translate for Schmitt when necessary. And the same students who suggested the idea will be advocates in inviting students from Mexico to attend the session.
